Good knowledge of CMDB and its associated process, OOB class structure, CSDM process. Overall knowledge of ServiceNow Platform including building new applications, Integrations & enhancing existing applications. Work on Solution Design for new requirements Integrations, suggest recommendations and best practices. Identify any gaps in existing solutions, suggest and work on improvements. GuideMentor team members. Exposure of having worked in large organizations managing multiple Service Management tools. Good stakeholder management and communication skills. Certified in CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, ITIL Certified
