The role partners with Firm Leaders to translate strategy into talent and culture priorities, serves as trusted advisor, and drives workforce initiatives and risk management. The HRBP will lead talent development, succession planning, and data-driven insights, coordinating with Senior HRBP and Regional HR Director on high-impact matters to support organizational outcomes.
