SAP Business Analyst

Location: This is a hybrid role requiring onsite attendance in Charlotte NC for 1-2 weeks per month.

Responsibilities: Industry experience is preferred, and the ideal candidate will have product and retail experience.

Required skills include: SAP Fiori, SAP S/4 Reporting, SAP SAC, SAP BDC or Datasphere, and high-level SAP functional process knowledge, including data structures and process flows across Finance, Supply Chain, and Purchasing. Experience with Retail, Store Operations, and Merchandising is a plus. Grocery and retail industry experience are considered nice-to-have skills.

Job description: Reporting/Analytics Lead for Grocery SAP implementation. Candidate will be responsible for leading blueprint workshops to collect reporting and analytics requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Master Data workstreams, perform a fit/gap against standard SAP reports and BDC data products, disposition the requirements into RICEFW, and document the complexity and business case for each RICEFW object. Prior experience leading Reporting Blueprint workshops for SAP S/4 programs is a must-have. Familiarity with Fiori reporting, SAP SAC, Joule, SAP BDC/Datasphere, and SAP functional processes, data structures, and concepts across these functional areas is required.
