Senior Director, Underwriting Learning & Enablement

Selective Insurance is seeking a Senior leader to head enterprise underwriting learning and enablement. You will design strategy, governance, and scalable programs across onboarding, trainee and technology enablement, aligning learning with underwriting standards and evolving business needs. You will drive data-informed improvements, partner across LOBs, and lead a high-performing team to support underwriting, premium audit, risk management, and technology enablement.
