What You’ll Do: Drive & Deliver – Operate 16ft & 26ft box trucks safely and responsibly, following all DOT and company safety guidelines. Lead the Move – Take charge of the moving process, ensuring items are loaded, transported, and unloaded with care and efficiency. Protect & Pack – Wrap and secure furniture and household items to prevent damage in transit. Be the Face of All Star – Uphold professionalism, courtesy, and customer-focused service at every touchpoint. Support & Mentor – Help train newer team members and keep the crew motivated and organized on-site.????

What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in residential or commercial moving (minimum 6 months preferred)Experience driving box trucks (16–26ft); valid driver’s license required Physical stamina (must be able to lift 75+ lbs regularly)Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical (if needed)Strong leadership, reliability, and teamwork Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills Driver's to perform OTR or Long-Distance Moves????
