Senior Finance Leader — Growth, Strategy & FP&A

Transcend, a Twin Cities-based medical device company, seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and accounting. Reporting to the CEO, you will build forecasts, oversee reporting, and drive sound financial controls in a hands-on, small-team environment. This role partners with Marketing, Engineering, Operations and HR to shape pricing, growth initiatives, and capital investments, while maintaining accurate statements and cash needs.
