The Maintenance Technician ensures the safety, functionality, and comfort of healthcare and residential facilities. This role supports operational continuity and helps maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients, residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Respond to unanticipated facility needs to minimize risk and service disruption. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, systems, and equipment Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable codes Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across multiple disciplines Maintain inventory and documentation of parts and repairs Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies Attend training sessions Requirements/Qualifications: High school diploma or GEDValid drivers license with a clean driving record Strong critical thinking and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively Effective communication with coworkers, residents, families, and contractors Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform maintenance tasks Education High School Diploma/GED Benefits/Perks: Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance
