Position Highlights:
- Outpatient Primary Care with a Monday-Friday schedule - no weekends and no call
- Work alongside an excellent support team, including Medical Assistants, nursing staff, and an on-site health center manager
- Integrated care model offering medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and preventive services
- Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance
- Group has options in Bakersfield, Shafter, Ridgecrest, Visalia, and Tehachapi, CACompensation & Benefits
- Robust base salary of $275,000 plus $50K sign-on bonus and $60K retention bonus paid over 3 yearsNHSC loan repayment assistance available
