CFGI’s Transaction Advisory Services practice seeks a Managing Director to lead and expand its Financial Due Diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients. You will own senior client relationships and oversee complex buy-side and sell-side analyses, risk considerations, and deal execution. In this role you will shape engagement strategy, manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure technical quality, and originate new business while mentoring Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers
