The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist for our Middle School. Your work is central to our mission: providing consistent and equitable learning experiences that bridge the gap between a student's current ability and the rigors of the middle school curriculum.

Strategic Priorities and Responsibilities: Academic Readiness: Design and deliver specialized instruction that aligns with grade level expectations while providing the specific resources and supports students need to reach their full potential. Life and Career Prep: Focus on real world learning experiences that equip students with the skills needed for life, future careers, and civic engagement beyond middle school. Culture of Care and Belonging: Foster a classroom environment where students feel known, supported, and safe to take risks. Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with families, general education teachers, and community partners. We believe in working together across roles to ensure every student has a clear pathway to success. Consistency: Apply expectations and procedures consistently to create a stable, predictable environment for learners. Licensure: Candidates must possess all applicable Ohio Department of Education teaching credentials and licenses for Intervention Specialists.
