We are currently hiring for a Fintech AI client in NYC who are building an AI-powered fund administration for private markets. They already manage billions in assets for a global client base, are backed by top-tier VCs, and are looking to grow their engineering team! They are looking for Senior Full Stack Engineers who want to own entire product verticals end to end. You’ll be one of a small group of engineers working directly alongside the CTO and Principal Engineer, so the level of ownership and impact is very high.
Responsibilities: Own whole verticals of the platform end to end across the data model, API layer, UI and deployment. Build and extend a real-time calculation engine for allocations, NAV and capital accounts, where every figure has to be accurate to the cent. Develop data lineage so every number can be traced back to its exact source, and derived figures show the formulas behind them. Design durable workflows where LLM agents, deterministic validators and human sign-off each handle the steps they do best. Ship the client-facing web, mobile and agentic Excel experiences used daily by fund administrators, GPs and LPs.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, comfortable across the full stack
  • Strong TypeScript knowledge
  • Comfort working with complex, structured data such as hierarchies, versioned history and reconciliation
  • Daily use of AI tools and excitement about building LLM-powered features
  • Experience with multiple different programming language is a plus
  • Must not require sponsorship (H1-B transfer and OPT sponsorship is not supported for this role)
Nice to Have: Experience with payments, billing, ledgers or other systems where accuracy is critical Interest in agentic workflows and orchestrating AI alongside deterministic systems
