Key Responsibilities:
Sell International Freight Forwarding services including Import, Export, Air, Ocean, and Road Freight as well as warehousing solutionsSeek opportunities to generate new business and increase sales through prospecting and cold callingPrepare quotes for international freight forwarding servicesEnsure sales targets are met and exceededAttend industry relevant events to generate leads, increase brand awareness and build relationshipsMain Requirements:5+ years Sales & Business Development experience in the Freight Forwarding, Logistics or Shipping industriesMust have experience selling international air and ocean freight servicesStrong negotiation skillsSales hunter with the ability to sell through a consultative solutions based approachAbility to build lasting relationships with new and existing clientsHolds existing relationships with key contactsHappy to travel as needed
