Manufacturing Operator – 12 Hour Shifts | Competitive Pay + Career Growth As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help keep production running efficiently while ensuring product quality and workplace safety. Pay & Shift Information
1st Shift (2-2-3 Schedule):$18.50/hour
2nd Shift (2-2-3 Schedule):$20.35/hour
12-hour shifts with built-in overtime opportunities
Consistent rotating schedule offering work-life balance Schedule Example (2-2-3)
You’ll work:
2 days on
2 days off
3 days on
Then rotate the following week. This schedule gives youevery other weekend offand built-in extended breaks throughout the month.
Responsibilities Include:
Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
Managing material flow and machine operation
Performing product inspections and identifying defects
Packaging, labeling, and verifying products
Troubleshooting minor machine issues and reporting concerns
Maintaining clean and organized work areas
Supporting production changeovers and setups
Following all safety, quality, and company procedures
Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors This role is hands-on and active, perfect for individuals who enjoy staying busy and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods during 12-hour shifts
Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds
Ability to bend, squat, reach, and move throughout the shift
Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment
