Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options accordingly.
Manage sales transactions efficiently, including paperwork and follow-up communications.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
A hospitality mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Enthusiasm to learn and develop sales skills; previous experience is not required.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
