Plan ahead by working with the planning group continuously throughout the day, booking as much freight as possible in advance. Proactively identify potential service failures and work with planning and dispatch to remedy issues. Communicate with customers regarding status updates as required by customers and provide solutions to problems as they arise. Enter data into the track and trace system accurately and completely Understand and actively work with customer-issued ratings to improve customer service and meet customer expectations. Provide coaching and training to develop the customer service staff. Dependable attendance Ensure all drivers are trained and utilizing their PeopleNet properly. Proactive communication to 3PL on any route delays.
