Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)Superintendent Superintendent shall be responsible for overall maintenance, repairs and upkeep of agency locations. Utilizing sound judgement, critical thinking and communications skills, the Superintendent shall process work orders, tasks and projects efficiently, delivering on schedule. The Superintendent shall remain knowledgeable of agency operational systems and maintain licenses and/or certifications as required.
Additional Requirements:
Must have minimum of two years' Superintendent experience or in related field and, Heavy Lifting Necessary (to include overhead lifting/holding)and operating machinery to include (but not limited to):landscaping equipmentsnow removal equipmentconstruction equipment and toolspallet jackdesktop computer Climbing StairsManual Dexterity Walking with and Carrying Maintenance Materials Push/Pull -- Object Movement (ie: furniture placement and movement -- flooring removals) Exposure to working in outdoor elements
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma; Bachelor degree preferred; Valid driver's license in good standing Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation.
Pay: $65K - 72K per year
