Equipment & Over-the-Road Mechanic

The Equipment & OTR Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and keeping the company's fleet of heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, trailers, and mobile equipment in safe and reliable operating condition. This position supports the company's precast concrete manufacturing and delivery operations by minimizing equipment downtime and ensuring trucks, trailers, loaders, cranes, and other equipment are available when needed. This is a hands-on position requiring an individual who can work independently, prioritize repairs, respond to breakdowns, and take ownership of the company's equipment fleet.
