This is a great opportunity for someone with railroad billing experience who enjoys working with numbers, managing details, and being part of a growing operation.
Location: Moss Point, MS (In-office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (some flexibility available)
Key Responsibilities:
Process and review billing for railcar repairs.
Verify repair orders, charges, and supporting documentation.
Prepare and distribute accurate invoices.
Coordinate with shop managers and customers regarding billing.
Maintain billing records and assist with accounts receivable reconciliation.
Resolve billing discrepancies and support monthly reporting.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in rail industry billing or accounting.
Experience with AAR repair billing, AAR Office Manual, UMLER, and Railinc required.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with billing software.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
