Experienced Caregivers

TheKey seeks experienced caregivers to provide premium in-home support for older adults. As a trusted member of our care team, you’ll assist with personal care, mobility, medication reminders, and daily living activities while offering companionship and emotional support. You’ll follow individualized care plans, observe and report changes in client condition, and help seniors live safely and independently at home. Provide in-home personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting support for older adults Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients in their homes Assist with safe mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention practices Support daily living activities such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or safety concerns to care team Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate visit notes and documentation Collaborate with families and care managers to ensure consistent, high-quality care Uphold client dignity, privacy, and safety while adhering to infection-control standards Personal care assistance Home caregiving Dementia and Alzheimer’s care Safe client transfers and mobility support Infection control and hygiene practices Medication reminders (non-clinical) Meal preparation and nutrition support Light housekeeping and home safety Care documentation and reporting Basic first aid and emergency response Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred CPR and First Aid certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (where required) Background check eligibility
