Apply for this role →To support a growing videogame studio, the full-time Washington Licensed Accountant will provide accounting, administrative, and operational assistance remotely, including financial reporting, bookkeeping, and marketing support.
Key responsibilities:
Participate with management to present accounting reports and financial forecasts for data-driven decisions
Handle Quick Books for bank reconciliation, sales tax processing, and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Support marketing efforts by analyzing market data and evaluating the ROI of campaigns
Required qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in a small-business accounting and administrative role
Proficient in Quick Books Online and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
Understanding of government filing and tax rules, as well as employment and payroll regulations
Enthusiasm for videogames and knowledge of the videogame industry
Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
