  • Pinellas Park, FL. $18.00–$22.00 per hour
  • Full-Time Mon- Thurs. 7am – 6pm, 1 hr. lunch.
Alliance Workforce is hiring experienced Cable & Wire Harness Assemblers in Pinellas Park. This is a hands-on position for someone with electrical assembly, soldering, cable, or wire harness experience. You will be building components used in aerospace, defense, and other high-performance applications.
What You'll Do: Build and assemble electrical cable and wire harnesses. Cut, strip, crimp, solder, and install connectors. Read wiring diagrams and work instructions. Perform basic electrical testing and quality checks. Use hand tools and production equipment.
What We're Looking For: Cable, wire harness, electrical, or electronics assembly experience. Soldering and crimping experience preferred. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. IPC/WHMA-A-620 or J-STD-001 experience is required.
Pay: $18–$22/hr based on experience
