Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate flagging crews at multiple job sites throughout North Carolina. Ensure all traffic control operations comply with company policies, OSHA requirements, MUTCD standards, and NCDOT regulations. Conduct field inspections to verify proper work zone setup and safe work practices. Coach, mentor, and develop flagging personnel while promoting a culture of safety and accountability. Coordinate daily staffing assignments and respond to changing operational needs. Perform site visits and provide direction to crews on traffic control implementation. Maintain required documentation, certifications, and daily reports. Communicate with project managers, customers, and field personnel regarding work progress and operational needs. Investigate and address safety concerns, incidents, and performance issues promptly. Minimum 2 years of flagging experience Current Flagger CertificationNC Basic Work Zone Installer CertificationNC Work Zone Supervisor CertificationOSHA 10 Certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to travel throughout North Carolina Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, overtime, and emergency call-outs Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record

Associate Requirements: HS Diploma or GEDBackground Check Able to Lift 60 pounds Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $29.81 - $34.62 per hour.
