Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to assist their staff in New York City! You must be able to work full-time hours through the holiday season / weekends are required.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome all clients and manage traffic flow
- Support the achievement of overall sales objectives
- Support team with client servicing (gift wrapping, catering clients, sales processing)
- Maintain/ organize the stock room
- Replenish the sales floor as needed
- Support client advisors with managing appointments
- Assist with shipping orders & receiving new merchandise
- Support the team with daily operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail sales required, high-end luxury preferred
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays & standard retail hours
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English, additional language skills a plus
