Portfolio Manager - Healthcare

Responsibilities: Underwrite, structure, and manage healthcare credit facilities, including agented and syndicated transactions across cash flow loans, revolvers, term loans, and ABL facilities. Analyze borrower financials, cash flow, collateral, and industry trends to recommend appropriate loan structures. Serve as the key point of contact for clients alongside the Relationship Manager, managing amendments and renewals. Own the credit quality, documentation, and risk management of your assigned portfolio. Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, collateral coverage, and risk ratings to ensure adherence to bank credit policy. Mentor junior credit analysts and relationship associates.

Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in commercial credit underwriting, credit analysis, or portfolio management. Healthcare lending experience (skilled nursing, senior living, or medical practices) is preferred. Strong underwriting, cash flow projection, and risk-rating skills.
