Collections Specialist

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Representative to join our finance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, monitoring outstanding receivables, resolving account discrepancies, and collecting past-due balances while maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers, sales teams, customer service, and internal accounting personnel. Experience working with business-to-business (B2B) accounts receivable and collections, particularly in a manufacturing or distribution environment, is highly preferred.
