What You’ll Do: Create an exceptional experience for every client from the moment they walk in to check-out Build relationships with clients and help them feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited to return Educate clients on LIVE services, memberships, packages, enhancements, and retail products Confidently recommend and upsell services and add-ons based on each client’s needs Follow up with leads and existing clients to drive appointments, memberships, and sales Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client questions Help create engaging social media content and promote current specials and events Support community outreach and help build awareness of LIVE throughout the Gretna community Confidently use our booking system, POS, texting platforms, and other technology Help maintain a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming spa environment Take initiative and support the team wherever needed throughout the day Who We’re Looking For Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations Sales-minded, goal-oriented, and motivated to help grow the business Positive, professional, and genuinely enjoys working with people Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative without constant direction Comfortable learning technology and new systems Familiar with social media and comfortable helping create basic content Strong communication and customer service skills Interested in health, wellness, and the services LIVE offers Previous sales, hospitality, spa, fitness, retail, or customer service experience is a plus Weekend availability is required.
