Global Unit Economics Director: Franchise Profitability

Yum! Brands is seeking a Director of Franchise Profitability and Unit Economics to lead strategy and execution to strengthen restaurant-level returns and franchisee economics. You will establish performance targets, drive unit economics reviews across the top 20 priority countries, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve profitability. You will build market capabilities, scale proven solutions, and partner with BMU unit economics leaders.
