AI SaaS / Full-Stack Engineer

Role Description: This is a part-time remote role for an AI SaaS / Full-Stack Engineer. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power MorningStarr’s AI SaaS products. You will implement and integrate front-end user interfaces with back-end services, optimize application performance, and ensure reliability and security across the stack. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, testable code, collaborating with product and design teammates, integrating APIs and AI services, and troubleshooting issues in production and staging environments. You will also help improve development workflows, contribute to technical documentation, and participate in code reviews.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development for building and maintaining complete web applications. Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for creating responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces. Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development for designing APIs, managing data, and ensuring application performance and security. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) and server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar) is beneficial. Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD practices is advantageous. Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting are required. A background in AI/ML integration or data-driven products, and experience with version control (e.g., Git), will be considered a plus.
