Advertising Operations Coordinator - Data & IT Reports to: Director of Advertising Operations
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $48,000 - $60,000
Perks: Ideal for someone who is excited about podcasting, sports, pop culture, and content creation. Ability to grow along side a fast growing company
About the Role: Bleav is looking for a sharp, organized Advertising Operations Coordinator to help keep podcast and digital campaigns moving cleanly from setup through completion. You’ll support data, trafficking, documentation, quality checks, and day-to-day coordination for a team that moves quickly. The work is hands-on and detail-heavy. We’re looking for someone who can own a queue, notice when something is off, and keep things from slipping. Technical fluency matters here. You should be comfortable troubleshooting publishing and platform issues—feeds, episode setup, ad placement, Apple-side quirks—and quick to figure out why something isn’t behaving as expected. Light comfort with web work is a plus: updating pages, adjusting simple layouts, or making small code-level fixes when a site or landing page needs a hand. Just as important is keeping show, network, and third-party data accurate, current, and easy to read—so downloads, views, ad performance, and related figures stay consistent and simple to translate across systems.
Responsibilities: Oversee show ad data across the network, including downloads, views, and related performance figures, and keep that information updated, accurate, and easy to identify and translate between internal and third-party systems. Help set up and traffic campaigns across podcast, video, and social, including creative, dates, placements, and targeting. Confirm campaign details match the approved order and internal docs before launch. Technical ad marker placements, delivery, or setup issues early, and help diagnose technical causes when delivery or publishing looks off. Check that ads, markers, links, and disclosures are in the right places, and work with hosts or producers to correct missing or misplaced elements. Troubleshoot feed, episode, or platform issues with servers, Apple, Spotify and more that could affect campaign delivery. Keep trackers, calendars, show lists, and campaign folders accurate, and make sure data across the network and third-party systems stays updated and consistent. Follow up on missing creative, approvals, and reporting, and surface incomplete or mismatched information before it becomes a problem. Pitch in on simple web updates or light code fixes when campaign pages or site elements need attention. Lead third party data partners and vital systems unique to the podcast industry Manage your own priorities and keep the Director updated without needing constant check-ins.
Qualifications: 1–2 years in operations, coordination, digital media, podcasting, sales support, or a related field preferred. Self-starter who can learn processes and contribute with limited oversight. Strong attention to detail and clear written communication. Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders. Advanced general computer skills, including spreadsheets, shared drives, and web-based systems. Able to troubleshoot technical issues independently—podcast hosting, feeds, Apple publishing quirks, or similar—and comfortable enough with basic web or code work to make small site updates when needed. Careful with data: able to keep show ad figures, downloads, views, and related records accurate, current, and easy to identify or translate across internal tools and third-party platforms. Quick to learn new advertising or podcast workflows. Prior ad-ops or podcast platform experience is helpful but not required.
What Success Looks Like: Data is acurate. Campaigns are set up correctly and launched on time. Show ad data, and markers, downloads, views, and related figures stay updated and easy to read across systems. Deliverables and proof materials arrive by deadline. Internal docs and third-party data stay current and aligned. Technical or delivery issues are caught and narrowed down early. Simple web or site fixes don’t stall. Work moves forward without frequent reminders, so the Director can focus on strategy and higher-level work.
Ideal Candidate: Dependable, resourceful, and genuinely thrives with organizing, detail-heavy work. Takes pride in making complex issues easy to understand. Notices small inconsistencies, asks useful questions, and can take a task through to completion. Technically inclined enough to dig into a broken feed, a misbehaving platform, or a simple web fix without waiting for someone else to solve it, and careful enough that network and partner data stays trustworthy and easy to translate. Comfortable working on a team where flexibility and ownership matter.
