Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in clinical or urgent-care settings Perform physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests within scope of practice Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate, timely patient records in compliance with regulations Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and health management
Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program Active California Physician Assistant license or eligibility for reciprocityNCCPA certificationDEA license or willingness to obtainBLS and ACLS certifications Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Adaptability in a fast-paced or rural healthcare setting
Preferred Skills: Minimum of one year of Physician Assistant experience
