Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to pinpoint their mental health needs and develop tailored therapy plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques based on individual client progress. Maintain meticulous and organized client records, including session notes and treatment plans, to ensure continuity of care. Engage in regular supervision and peer feedback within our team to enhance your practice and contribute to a high standard of care. Stay current with best practices in mental health therapy by participating in professional development and continuing education opportunities. Patient Population / Client FocusYou will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients represent an array of backgrounds, and as part of our commitment to equitable care, you will need to adopt culturally sensitive approaches that respect and understand their unique experiences.

Qualifications: A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely-related field is required. Current and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia. A minimum of two years of clinical experience, including direct therapeutic work with clients. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience: Experience working in telehealth or remote therapy settings is a plus, as it requires a different approach to client engagement. Background in using various therapeutic modalities and techniques beyond standard practices. Certification in specific therapeutic approaches or additional training in mental health specialties will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
