Electrical Panel Assembly Technician

What You'll Do: You will build electrical control panels from schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials. You will measure, drill, tap, and cut enclosures and back panels, then lay out and mount components such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, transformers, PLCs, and terminal blocks. You will route, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires according to electrical schematics and point-to-point wiring diagrams, following proper wire routing and color coding. You will apply wire markers, component tags, and terminal labels according to engineering documents. Before panels move to testing, you will inspect your work for wiring accuracy, component placement, and structural integrity. You will keep your work area organized and follow site safety and PPE requirements.
