Floating Reactor Safety Lead

Blue Core Energy seeks a Safety Integration Lead to direct the nuclear safety analysis for a 45 MWt floating PWR at the Port of Long Beach. You will run RELAP5-3D, MELCOR, and GOTHIC, build PRA models in SAPHIRE/CAFTA, and author safety analysis reports and DOE submittals for licensing. You will engage NRC reviewers, defend analytical positions, and shape regulatory framework for this first-of-its-kind floating nuclear plant, with autonomy from input decks to licensing submittals.
