A growing, mission-driven staffing organization is seeking a K–12 Recruiter to recruit and place high-quality school support and special education professionals in K–12 school settings across the country. This is a high-volume recruiting role for someone who enjoys proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and working toward hiring goals in a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate will have direct experience recruiting for school-based support and special education positions, including roles such as paraprofessionals, 1:1 aides, RBTs, BCBAs, special education teachers, and school nurses. What You’ll Do: Recruit and place K–12 support and special education professionals, including 1:1 aides, paraprofessionals, RBTs, BCBAs, special education teachers, school nurses, and other school-based staff Manage a high volume of open positions and candidates throughout the recruitment process Source candidates through proactive outreach, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting strategies Screen and qualify candidates while assessing their experience, credentials, and fit for available school-based opportunities Communicate role details, compensation, school assignments, and expectations clearly and professionally Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs Build trust-based relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process Partner with internal teams to stay aligned on hiring priorities and open positions Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS/CRMMust-Haves:1+ years of recruiting experience, with direct experience recruiting school-based support and/or special education professionals, such as paraprofessionals, 1:1 aides, RBTs, BCBAs, special education teachers, and school nurses. Proven ability to recruit in a high-volume environment and consistently manage multiple openings and candidates Strong proactive sourcing skills with the ability to build candidate pipelines beyond inbound applicants Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills Ability to effectively sell opportunities and generate candidate interest in school-based roles Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentATS/CRM experience preferred
