Senior Disability Policy Advocate

Disability Rights Texas is seeking a Policy Specialist to serve as the in-house expert on assigned disability policy issues and to lead advocacy efforts. You will train colleagues, draft policy analyses, and engage with boards, councils, and public officials to advance rights protections. The role requires extensive research, stakeholder communication, and coordination with state and national organizations to influence policy and program results.
