Inventory Control Lead — Hospitality Operations

The Grand Hotel at The Grand Canyon is actively seeking an Inventory Purchasing Assistant Manager to oversee inventory operations across Tusayan sites, handling ordering, receiving, and vendor coordination. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the full procurement cycle, ensure FIFO storage, and monitor costs while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. This full-time, year-round role starts January 2027.
