Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities & Requirements:3–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP).Strong understanding of Bill.com and experience working with automated AP processes. Experience transitioning or integrating automated processes from Bill.com into NetSuite. Ability to configure rules and processes for importing credit card transactions into NetSuite. Experience working with NetSuite or other financial/accounting ERP systems. Familiarity with automated financial data imports and reconciliation processes. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with financial data and reports. Good understanding of general Accounts Payable and financial processes. Ability to work independently and support the implementation and optimization of NetSuite processes.
