Position Overview: We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Administrative Support Representative. In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while supporting a variety of administrative functions. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, enjoys working with people, stays calm under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do: Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently. Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and general questions. Resolve customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Process customer orders and maintain accurate records. Perform data entry and general administrative duties. Build strong relationships by providing outstanding customer service. Follow company procedures and ensure customer issues are resolved promptly. Support other office and administrative tasks as needed. Work closely with team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

What We’re Looking For: Huge plus if you have experience in the motorcycle industry. Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer and data entry skills. Comfortable answering a high volume of phone calls. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. High attention to detail and accuracy. High school diploma or equivalent.
