Senior Housing Transactions Counsel

Welltower is seeking a Counsel to support U.S. seniors housing transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and development matters. The role requires a J.D. and active bar admission with eligibility for New York or Texas, plus at least three years in real estate and/or M&A in a top firm or in-house setting. The successful candidate will quarterback deals, liaise with Investment, Development, Accounting and Tax teams, and advise on post-closing asset management.
