Familiarity with clinical workflows, operating room dynamics, and the unique demands of surgical and OB/GYN practice. Ability to maintain confidentiality, uphold professional ethics, and build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds. Comfort using remote collaboration tools and teleconferencing platforms for coaching sessions and documentation. Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage part-time contract responsibilities alongside other professional commitments. Prior experience in physician wellness, leadership development, medical education, or practice management is beneficial. Board certification and active or prior clinical practice experience in a relevant specialty are preferred but not required for all candidates.
