In this position you will…Lead and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This role will coordinate digital marketing initiatives, events, email marketing programs, social media activities, and branded merchandise operations to deliver a seamless experience across customer touchpoints. Success in this role: The successful Campaign Coordinator will create a seamless connection between digital campaigns, events, email marketing, social media, and brand experiences, helping Bolt engage target audiences and move prospects effectively through the B2B SaaS marketing funnel while supporting overall pipeline growth and revenue objectives. You will be responsible for…Campaign & Marketing Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Align campaign messaging across email, social media, events, paid advertising, and sales enablement efforts. Support campaign performance tracking and reporting, and provide insights to optimize marketing initiatives. Event Management & Support Coordinate logistics for webinars, trade shows, conferences, customer events, and field marketing programs. Partner with Sales on event staffing, logistics, and pre-event meeting scheduling, onsite meeting management, and post-event closed-loop hand-offs and event performance in Salesforce to track KPIsDevelop and execute event promotion plans across email, social media, and digital channels. Support on-site event activities, including vendor coordination, booth setup, attendee engagement, and live social media coverage. Manage event lead capture processes and ensure seamless handoff into CRM and sales systems. Assist with post-event reporting, follow-up communications, and performance analysis. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Administration & Email Marketing Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and automated customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Partner with MOPs to manage audience segmentation and subscriber lists to support personalized marketing initiatives. Monitor email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and deliverability. Maintain campaign reporting and recommend optimization opportunities based on performance insights. Ensure execution follows marketing best practices, compliance requirements, and brand standards. Social Media & Content Coordination Plan, schedule, and publish organic social media content across Linked In and other relevant channels. Ensure social messaging aligns with ongoing paid advertising campaigns and target audience strategies. Coordinate social media calendars and content approvals with internal stakeholders. Support employee advocacy initiatives by creating social toolkits and sharing campaign resources with leadership and sales teams. Monitor engagement and provide recommendations for audience growth and content performance. Brand Merchandise & Swag Management Source, order, and manage branded merchandise, promotional items, and event materials. Build relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing, production timelines, and fulfillment requirements. Track inventory levels and coordinate distribution for events, customer programs, employee onboarding, and sales initiatives. Manage domestic shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets. You will require the following qualifications and skills 2-4 years of experience in marketing, campaign specialist, event marketing, or demand generation, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Familiarity with event planning, email marketing, and social media management. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar marketing automation platforms. Proficiency with CRM and marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Sprout Social, or equivalent tools. Advanced user of modern AI and automation tools to enhance campaign execution, content development, reporting, workflow efficiency, and marketing performance.
