International Tax Director

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement international tax planning strategies and identify opportunities to improve tax efficiency. Direct U.S. transfer pricing activities and oversee transfer pricing matters internationally. Oversee income tax compliance for international subsidiaries, coordinating with local teams and external providers. Assist with tax audit defense and advise on the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Support international income tax provisions, tax forecasting, budgeting, and related documentation and controls. Coordinate global reporting requirements, including BEPS, country-by-country reporting, and Pillar Two. Provide technical expertise and planning support related to U.S. foreign tax credits. Partner with business leaders and external auditors to resolve tax issues and improve processes.

Qualifications: 12+ years of international tax experience, including transfer pricing, tax planning, and audit defense. Public accounting experience or a combination of public accounting and corporate tax experience. Strong background in income tax compliance, research, and tax accounting. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; master’s degree preferred. Hands-on approach with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to explain complex tax matters clearly and work effectively with senior leadership and international teams. Some travel is expected based on business needs. Hybrid with 3 days onsite, 2 remote.
