Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, security and presentation of all assigned rooms in line with hotel standards. Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms according to the guest's stay status. Inspect and clean all facilities, furniture, and fixtures, report damage to supervisors. Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously. Complete and update allocation sheets with room status, linen changes, and special requests. Vacuum corridors, dust, spot clean, and polish as assigned. Report maintenance issues, lost items, and security concerns immediately. Follow safety protocols, use protective equipment, and adhere to all hotel standards. Work flexible rosters, attend training, and meet productivity and guest satisfaction targets.
