Smart Buildings Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced Smart Buildings Leader to define and implement smart-building standards across a diverse portfolio of office, retail, residential, and healthcare assets. This role will oversee the strategy, integration, and performance of systems such as BMS/BAS, CMMS, access control, smart parking, and cybersecurity. We're looking for someone with deep expertise in building automation and network infrastructure, with a strong track record in driving smart technology adoption and operational efficiency across complex real estate environments. Key Focus Areas Develop and govern OT standards and roadmaps Lead integration of building systems and campus networks Manage smart tech across new developments and existing assets Collaborate across tech, design, and operations teams 7+ years’ experience in OT or smart buildings required. Experience in mixed‑use or campus environments preferred.
