The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase app installs and new user acquisition, with a strong focus on organic growth. This includes identifying, testing, and scaling various channels, campaigns, and partnerships. The role also involves building the company's revenue infrastructure, developing commercial opportunities, and creating a robust monetization unit. The Head of Growth and Revenue will work closely with the core team, including the founder, and will be expected to be a hands-on leader, from building their own pipeline to closing deals. Applicants for the Head of Growth and Revenue position at the company should have a proven track record in growing consumer products or platforms, carrying and hitting revenue targets, and building or running product or creator monetization. The role requires a strategic thinker who is also a strong executor and system builder, capable of moving quickly from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a full-cycle approach, from sourcing opportunities to closing deals, and will be aligned with an evangelical Christian worldview. Experience in consumer growth, faith media, creator platforms, subscription products, or sponsorship sales is highly valued.
