As an Infection Control/Wound Nurse, you'll be responsible for: Developing, implementing, and monitoring infection control policies and procedures to prevent the spread of infections among residents and staff. Providing wound care services, including assessment, treatment, and education to residents, as well as collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans. Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and track the effectiveness of infection control and wound care programs. Educating staff on infection control practices and wound care techniques to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal care outcomes.
