What Your Role: Entails Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and devising personalized care strategies Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses, collaborating with physicians or independently as per your credentials Instructing patients and their families on preventive care, wellness practices, and effective disease management Prescribing medications and therapies in accordance with your scope of practice Engaging in patient follow-ups and managing chronic conditions Working with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, person-centered care Accurately documenting all patient interactions within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Requirements: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
