Description:
The Product Manager, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) owns and administers First Tech'senterprise contract management platform, from implementation through day-to-day operation andongoing improvement. Sitting within the Vendor Management Office, this role leads the rollout of a newCLM system, brings contracts from both legacy organizations into a single trusted record, and makes iteasier for teams across the credit union to request, review, approve, sign, track and renew contracts. The role partners closely with Legal, Procurement, Third-Party Risk, Information Security, Finance and ITso the platform supports member data protection, regulatory expectations and sound vendor oversight.
