What You’ll Do: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement Build and maintain long-term client relationships within your industry focus Develop pipelines and strategies to deliver high-quality candidates quickly Drive personal production goals while contributing to team success Stay informed on market trends and talent movement in your niche

What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (real estate, construction, property management, or finance strongly preferred) Proven annual billings Strong sourcing, negotiation, and client management skills Motivated, collaborative, and adaptable — with a passion for hitting goals Ability to work hybrid: come into the Houston office 1 or 2 day per week ideally. Fully remote can be discussed.
