Local Contract Nurse RN - Home Health - $52-56 per hour

Job Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST (40 hours/week)

Location: Elizabethtown, KY 42701 Float / Coverage Area: Assigned Home Health territory in and around Elizabethtown Job Type: Travel Contract Contract Length: 13 Weeks *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties: Complete OASIS assessments including Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recertification, and Discharge visits. Deliver skilled nursing care and ongoing patient assessments in the home setting. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team. Participate in on-call rotation and ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements: Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required License(s): Active Kentucky RN License Certification(s): BLS (AHA)
